Search for Users in Access Roles
Use User Access Rights in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to search for users in access roles.
To use User Access Rights in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To search for a user in an access role:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the access role that has the user for whom you are looking.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Click the User Access Setup tab and use the drop-down list to select the access role that has the user for whom you are looking.
- In the middle pane, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the user.
