Search for Email Import Recognition Rules
Use Email Import Recognition Rules in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to search for email import recognition rules.
To use Email Import Recognition Rules in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To search for an email import recognition rule:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the email import recognition rule for which you are looking.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the email import recognition rule.
