Use Agent Type 13 - Clear All Agents' Is Running Flag to terminate all running agents. After they are terminated, you can restart the agents manually.

This agent applies mainly to clients that host their own WorkBook systems. The process stops all agents that might be running so that you can restart them from scratch.

Agent Type 13 can be useful when the WorkBook Agent Engine stops running or becomes stuck.

This agent has no parameters.

Recommended Schedule

WorkBook does not recommend running this agent on a schedule. You must only run it manually if any of the active agents appears to have stopped working.
