Open Resource Cards of Resources of Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need

Use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need in the Follow-Up submodule of the Tasks module to open the resource cards of resources of tasks with not fully booked capacity need.

To use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the resource of a task with not fully booked capacity need:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need.
3. Highlight the task with not fully booked capacity need of the resource whose resource card you want to open.
4. Double-click on the corresponding Resource field.
   WorkBook opens the resource's resource card.
5. Click Close .
