Restrict the Details of an Absence Code
Use Holidays and Absence in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to restrict the details of an absence code.
To use Company Variables in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
Before you can restrict the details of an absence code, you must first restrict employees' absence details. For instructions, see Restrict Employees' Absence Details (Company Variable 70).To restrict the details of an absence code:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the Company Variable value that you want to modify.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- On the Holidays and Absence page, click the Absence Codes tab
- In the Restrict Details column, select the check box that corresponds to the absence code whose details you want to restrict.
