System Variable 487: FTP UNC

Use this System Variable to specify the location of the FTP program's shared data using the Universal Naming Convention (UNC).

On a network, the UNC is a method for identifying a shared file on a computer without having to specify or know the storage device that it is on. You can use the UNC path instead of the local naming system.

Use this System Variable to Enter the UNC location of the FTP program's data.

The default value for this System Variable is \\server\share.
