Display Job Conversations According to Status
Use the Job settings option under the Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up submodule to display job conversations according to status.
To use Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up in the Month-End submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To display a job conversations according to status:

On the main toolbar, click
Finance & Administration
.
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job conversations that you want to display according to status.
- In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click .

Highlight the job of the conversations that you want to display according to status and on the grid toolbar, click
Job settings
.
- Click the Chat tab and on the toolbar of the left pane, use the drop-down list to select the applicable category of the conversations that you want to display according to status.

Click
and select the status of the conversations that you want to display.
