System Variable 140: Allow Administrators Unlimited Access to Move Hours

Use this System Variable to determine if an administrator can move hours between jobs.

This System Variable is enabled by default. When it is enabled, administrators can move hours between two jobs without encountering an error message.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
