System Variable 1033: Allow Users to Edit Time Entry Description Without Resetting Approval Flow

Use this System Variable to determine if a time entry needs to be reapproved after its description is edited.

This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, a user can edit the description of an approved time entry and not reset the approval flow. If it is not enabled, a user who edits the description of an approved time entry also resets the approval flow. This results in the time entry needing to be reapproved.
