Search for Employees or Contacts in Conversation Groups
Use Conversation Groups in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to search for employees or contacts in selected conversation groups.
To use Conversation Groups in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To search for an employee or contact in a conversation group:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the conversation group that has the employee or contact for whom you are looking.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Highlight the conversation group that has the employee or contact for whom you are looking.
- On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the employee or contact.
