System Variable 923: Always Maintain the Same Voucher Number throughout a Manual General Ledger Journal

Use this System Variable to determine if the same voucher number should be used for every line in the same journal.

This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, the journal uses the same voucher number throughout. If disabled and the current voucher number is balanced, the next line will automatically use the next voucher number.

Note: You can always manually change the voucher number. If the number is manually changed, WorkBook uses the new voucher number on new lines instead.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
