Use
Conversation & Notification Setup in the
Advanced Tools submodule in the
Settings module to delete schedules from selected notification processes.
To use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To delete a schedule from a notification process:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the notification process from which you want to delete a schedule.

In the left pane of the Settings page, click
.

Highlight the notification process from which you want to delete a schedule.

In the bottom grid, click the
Scheduling tab.

Highlight the schedule that you want to delete and click
Delete Schedule
.
Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the schedule immediately.
