Use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule to delete schedules from selected notification processes.
To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To delete a schedule from a notification process:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the notification process that you want to delete a schedule from.

In the left pane of the Settings screen, click
.

Highlight the notification process that you want to delete a schedule from.

In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.

Highlight the schedule that you want to delete and click
Delete Schedule
.
Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the schedule at once.
