Toggle Active State of Resources Under Preparation

Use Resources Under Preparation in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to toggle the active state of resources that are under preparation.

To use Resources Under Preparation, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To toggle the active state of a resource that is under preparation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Resources Under Preparation.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 10 - Under Preparation .
4. Highlight the resource that is under preparation for which you want to toggle the active state and click Toggle Resource Active State .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
