Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can update revenue forecasts in the Revenue Forecast submodule. Normally, you run the revenue forecast after closing a certain month. However, in cases where you performed new transactions after creating the revenue forecast, such as additional finance postings or time entries, it is advisable to update the forecast to get accurate numbers even if the month is not yet closed.
To perform this procedure, you must have access to
Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To update a revenue forecast:
-
On the module toolbar, click
Finance & Administration
.
-
In the left pane, of the Finance & Administration screen, click

to select the revenue forecast that you want to update. To display the revenue forecasts for all of the companies in the system, select
