System Variable 932: Tag for Importing Calendar Items Directly to Specific Jobs

Use this System Variable to enable users to create custom tags for importing external calendar items to specific WorkBook jobs. This System Variable is useful to users who must enter time against imported calendar tasks.

Users enter these tags in the Subject field of the external calendar tasks that you want to assign to a specific job in WorkBook.

For example, if a user enters # as the value of this System Variable, a calendar item whose subject is #4567 is automatically synchronized into WorkBook as a new task on job 4567.

Note: The tag and job number must always be at the beginning of the external calendar item's Subject field. For example, #4567 (Subject).

This System Variable is blank by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
