Add New Price List Data

Use the Price List Setup tab under the Price Lists submodule to add new price list data.

To use Price Lists in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add new price list data:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add new price list data.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the Price List Setup tab and click Add new price list data .
5. In the Add New Price List Data dialog box, enter or select the necessary information and click OK.
6. You can edit the Hours sales price, Material unit price, Purchase profit margin, and Purchase unit cost fields by double-clicking on them.
