Edit Accounting Period Settings
Use Accounting Periods in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to edit the settings of selected accounting periods.
To use Accounting Periods in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To edit the settings of an accounting period:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to edit the settings of a period in an accounting year.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Highlight the accounting year that has the period whose settings you want to edit.

In the
Accounting Periods subgrid, select or deselect the check box of any of the following settings:
- Allow Finance Posting: Enables/disables finance posting for the accounting period.
- Allow Project Posting: Enables/disables project posting for the accounting period.
- Allow Time Entry: Enables/disables time entry for the accounting period.
- Allow Material Entry: Enables/disables material entry for the accounting period.
- Allow Voucher Entry: Enables/disables voucher entry for the accounting period.
- Allow Adjustment: Enables/disables adjustments for the accounting period.
- Allow Sales Invoices: Enables/disables sales invoices for the accounting period.
- Allow Subsistence Allowance: Enables/disables subsistence allowance for the accounting period.
- Allow Personal Expense: Enables/disables personal expense for the accounting period.
- Allow Purchase Orders: Enables/disables Purchase Orders for the accounting period.
- Allow Mileage: Enables/disables mileage entry for the accounting period.
- Allow Edit Checklist: Enables/disables editing of checklists for the accounting period.
- Allow Finance Posting of Accrual: Enables/disables finance posting of accruals for the accounting period.

To edit all of the settings in the same accounting period, click
Select/Deselect Entire Row
