Add New Posting Configurations
Use Posting Configurations in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to add new posting configurations.
To use Posting Configurations in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To add a new posting configuration:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new posting configuration.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Click the Posting Configurations tab or use the drop-down list to select Posting Configurations.

On the grid toolbar, click
Insert Row
.
- In the Entry Configurations & Create New dialog box, enter a name for the posting configuration that you want to add and click OK.
- To edit fields, double-click them..
