Hide Inactive Employees

Use Rates & Billable Targets in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to hide inactive employees.

To use Rates & Billable Targets in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide inactive employees:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the inactive employees that you want to hide.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Rates & Billable Targets.
  4. On the grid toolbar, select the Hide Inactive Users check box.
