Hide Inactive Employees
Use the Rates & Billable Targets submodule to hide inactive employees.
To use the Rates & Billable Targets submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To hide inactive employees:
- On the main toolbar, click Settings .
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the inactive employees that you want to hide.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- On the grid toolbar, select the Hide inactive users check box.
