Hide Inactive Employees
Use Rates & Billable Targets in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to hide inactive employees.
To use Rates & Billable Targets in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To hide inactive employees:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the inactive employees that you want to hide.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- On the grid toolbar, select the Hide Inactive Users check box.
