System Variable 11: Allow Administrators to Insert Invoice Number and Finalize Invoice

Use this System Variable to determine if System Administrators should be able to insert invoice numbers and finalize invoices.

This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, System Administrators can insert an invoice number and finalize the said sales invoice.
