Display General Logs of Subscriptions

Use the Agreement tab under Subscriptions under the Debtors submodule to display the general log of selected subscriptions.

To use Subscriptions in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display the general log of a subscription:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to display subscription general logs.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Debtors > Subscriptions.
4. Click the List tab and highlight the subscription for which you want to display the general log.
5. Click the Agreement tab and click the Log tab.
6. Click the General Log tab.
