Add a ConceptShare Project to a Job

Use the Reviews submodule to add ConceptShare Projects to jobs.

To use Reviews, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a ConceptShare Project to a job:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job where you want the Project to be added.
  3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Reviews.
  4. On the Reviews screen, click Create.
    The Project is created. WorkBook displays the option to create a Review.
    Note: The default Project name is the Job Name + Job ID, separated by a dash. For example: 123456 - Marketing Collateral
