Open Job Cards of Partially Settled Purchase Orders

Use Partially Settled Purchase Orders in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the job cards of partially settled Purchase Orders (POs).

To use Partially Settled Purchase Orders, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the job card of a partially settled PO:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Partially Settled Purchase Orders.
3. Highlight or hover over the partially settled PO whose job card you want to open.
4. In the corresponding Job name field, click Open Job Card .
5. Click Close .
