System Variable 1165: Allow Duplicate Creditor and Debtor Names

Use System Variable 1165: Allow Duplicate Creditor and Debtor Names to allow the setup of creditors and debtors with the same name.

Enabling this variable allows duplicate debtor or creditor names within the same company in WorkBook. This is useful in cases where it is necessary to have multiple accounts with the same name. If this variable is disabled, WorkBook notifies users when they create a creditor or debtor account using a name that already exists in the system.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
