Agent Type 70 - Notification: Job Ticket Coupon, Consumption Reach or Exceed Clips

Use Agent Type 70 - Notification: Job Ticket Coupon, Consumption Reach or Exceed Clips to send notifications to Project Managers when either the hours or total expense (sales value) on a job exceed the invoiced value. For example, if the invoiced value on a job is 10 hours, and an employee submitted 11 hours on the timesheet for the job, this agent sends a notification to the Project Panager.

Prerequisites

To use this agent, you must first choose between hours or Total Expense on the Basic Job Settings tab of the Job Properties Sidebar by performing the following procedure:

• 1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
• 2. In the grid, select a job and click Job Properties Sidebar on the grid toolbar.
• 3. In the Job Properties Sidebar, do the following:
  • Select the Support Ticket Job check box.
  • In the Coupon Jobs field, select Hour Coupon Jobs or Total Expense Coupon Jobs.

Columns

The notification contains the following columns:

Field	Description
Client	The client to whom the job belongs.
Job No.	The unique ID for the job.
Job Name	The name of the job.
End Date	The end date for the job.
Coupon Type	The coupon type selected for the job.
Coupon Hours	The amount of coupon hours on the job (invoice hours).
Used Hours	The amount of hours booked/worked on the job.
Job Currency	The currency selected for the job.
Coupon Sale	The sales value of the invoice.
Used Sale	The sales value of the job.
