Ticket Jobs Follow-Up List

Use Ticket Jobs Follow-Up List in the Administrative Follow-Up submodule in the Finance & Administration module to view and manage support tickets in WorkBook.

To use Ticket Jobs Follow-Up List, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

If your WorkBook Company has support ticket handling enabled via Settings, all invoiced items that were specified to handle support tickets on jobs are displayed in Ticket Jobs Follow-Up List.

Before you can use the support ticket handling feature, you must enable System Variable 792 in Settings > Global System Settings > System Variables. When this system variable is enabled, the Support Ticket Jobs option becomes available in the Finance tab of the Create New Job dialog box.

You can use the Search field to find specific ticket job records.
