Open Job Cards of Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure

Use the Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure submodule to open the job cards of completed tasks that are awaiting closure.

To use the Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open the job card of a completed task awaiting closure:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure.
3. Highlight or hover over the completed task awaiting closure whose job card you want to open.
4. In the corresponding Job name field, click Open job card .
5. Click Close .
