Open Job Cards of Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure

Use Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the job cards of completed tasks that are awaiting closure.

To use Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the job card of a completed task that is awaiting closure:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure.
3. Highlight or hover over the completed task that is awaiting closure whose job card you want to open.
4. In the corresponding Job Name field, click Open Job Card .
5. Click Close .
