Download a Briefing Attachment as a Single File

Use the Tasks submodule to download briefing attachments as a single file.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To download a task briefing attachment as a single file:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task whose briefing attachment you want to download.
3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.
5. In the grid, highlight the task whose briefing attachment you want to download and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
6. On the Task card, click the Briefing side toolbar and click the Briefing Attachments tab.
7. Highlight the file that you want to download and click Download Single File on the tab toolbar.
