System Variable 786: WIP Notification: Set WIP Calculation Proposal to 0 Zero If the Job Has Status 0 Quotation
Use this System Variable to determine if a write down on quotation jobs that set the total WIP value to 0 should be automatically suggested.
Jobs in status 0 - Quotation are usually considered potential and unconfirmed jobs and it may not be advisable to recognize any revenue related to them. This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, all quotation jobs automatically have a suggested adjustment that sets the WIP revenue to 0.
Note: You should click the
OK button to confirm the adjustment.
This System Variable applies to both the Monthly WIP Follow-up notification in the inbox and the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up that can be found in .
It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
