Preview the Details of a ConceptShare Review

Use the Reviews submodule to preview the details of a Review via the Review Info Side Panel.

To use Reviews, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To preview the details of a Review:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job linked to the Review that you want to preview.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Reviews.
4. In the Reviews Grid, select a Review.
   For information about the columns in the Reviews grid, see Reviews Grid.
5. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Toggle Review Details .
   WorkBook displays the following tabs:

   • Review Details tab: displays more detailed information about a Review that you select in the Reviews Grid, which includes its name, status, instructions, due date, start rule, auto approve rule, tags, asset thumbnails, number of comments per asset, and participant information and their Review action.
   • Comments tab: displays all of the comments that are made on the Review that you selected in the Reviews Grid.
   • Review Chains tab: displays all of the Reviews within the Review chain that is related to the Review that you select in the Reviews Grid. Each Review in the chain is displayed in a Review card. The card for the selected Review is highlighted. Review cards are arranged in the order that they are created. You can click through the Review cards to see more information. The Review Chains tab provides the following functions:
     • Launch Review
     • Edit
     • Minimize Panel

   Note: If you have highlighted a Review in the Reviews Grid that is not part of a Review chain, it still is displayed in the Review Chains tab.
