View Standard Texts Based on Language

Use Standard Texts in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to view standard texts based on language.

To use Standard Texts in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display standard texts based on language:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the standard texts that you want to display based on language.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Settings > Standard Texts.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the the drop-down list to select the language of the standard texts that you want to view.
5. To reset the displayed standard texts, hover over the drop-down list and click on X.
