Add New Required Resource Fields

Use Required Resource Fields Approval in the Company Approvals submodule in the Settings module to add new required resource fields.

To use Required Resource Fields Approval, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new required resource field:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new required resource field.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Approvals > Required Resource Fields Approval.
  4. Click the Fields tab and on the grid toolbar, click Add Required Resource Field .
  5. In the Add Required Property dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the required resource field that you want to add, and click OK.
