System Variable 567: Description Required on Time Entries not Related to a Task

Use this System Variable to determine if descriptions should be mandatory on all time entries that are not directly related to a task.

When this System Variable is enabled, all time entries that are not related to a task must have a description. If it is not enabled, descriptions are required according only to the setup on the individual jobs or tasks.

This System Variable is disabled by default.

Note: WorkBook requires time entry descriptions only if external descriptions are also enabled in System Variable 750.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
