System Variable 757: Allow Any User to Approve Task Completion

Use this System Variable to determine which users should be allowed to approve task completions.

You can select any of the following options for this setting:

• 1 - Only approvers added by approval flow
• 2 - Any user can approve task completion

The default value for this System Variable is 1 - Only approvers added by approval flow.

Note: This setting affects all tasks in all companies that are for task completion approval.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
