Create Subscription Items

Use Subscription Items in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to create subscription items.

To use Subscription Items in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create a subscription item:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to create a subscription item.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Items.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Creat New Item .
  5. In the Add New Subscription Item dialog box, enter an item name for the item that you want to create and click OK.
  6. To edit fields, double-click on them.
