Open Resource Card of Project Managers of Active Jobs with Overdue End Date

Use Active Jobs with Overdue End Date in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the resource card of the Project Managers of active jobs that have overdue end dates.

To use Active Jobs with Overdue End Date, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the Project Manager of an active job that has an overdue end date:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Active Jobs with Overdue End Date.
  3. Highlight the active job that has an overdue end date of the Project Manager whose resource card you want to open.
  4. Double-click on the corresponding PM field.
    WorkBook opens the Project Manager's resource card.
