Add New Databoard Export Schedules

Use Databoard Export Scheduling in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to add new databoard export schedules.

To use Databoard Export Scheduling in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new databoard export schedule:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new databoard export schedule.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Databoard Export Scheduling.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Insert Row .
   You can edit the fields in the right pane.
