Use the Purchase Order submodule to insert description lines to purchase orders of selected jobs.
To use the Purchase Order submodule, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To insert description lines to a purchase order:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

On the side toolbar, click
Jobs List and highlight the job with the purchase order that you want to insert description lines to.

On the side toolbar, click
Purchase Order.

On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the purchase order that you want to insert description lines to.
Alternatively, click
Open purchase order list
and in the Purchase Order List dialog box, highlight the purchase order that you want to insert description lines to.
Note: You can only insert description lines to a purchase order that has not yet been approved, cancelled, or locked for changes.

Click the Details tab.

Click
Insert description from current job type
.

In the Copy Details from Current Job Details dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the description that you want to insert lines from.

Click
OK.
