Convert a Task To a Ticket
Use the Tasks submodule to convert tasks to tickets.
To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To convert a task to a ticket:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.
- In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the task that you want to convert.
- In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
- On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.

In the grid, highlight the task that you want to convert and click
Task Settings
on the tab toolbar.
- On the Task card, click the Basic Settings tab, then click .
- In the Convert Task to Ticket dialog box, specify the required information and click OK.
