Add New Client Defined Material Price Lists

Use the Material Types submodule to add new client defined material price lists.

To use Material Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new client defined material price list:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new client defined material price list.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Material Types.
4. Click the Client Defined Material Price List tab.
5. In the middle pane, click Add new material group .
6. In the Add New Material List dialog box, enter the name and select a currency from the drop-down list.
7. Click OK.
8. You can edit the Group Name and Currency fields by double-clicking on them.
