Create One-on-One Conversations with Prospect/Client Contacts
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can have one-on-one task conversations with prospect/client contacts. All one-on-one conversations are private. Only you and the contact that you are having the conversation with have access to the conversation. You can also view your one-on-one conversations in Inbox.
Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.
To create one-on-one conversations with a prospect/client contact:
- Display the contact card. See Display the Contact Card.
- On the side toolbar of the contact card, click 1:1 Conversations .
- Use the Comment field to start or reply to a conversation and click Publish.
- To view the conversation in your Inbox, position your mouse pointer over the right margin of the conversation pane and click Get Deep Link to This Comment .
- To edit your comment, position your mouse pointer over the right margin of the conversation pane and click Edit Comment .
