Add New Schedules for Agents

Use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to add new schedules for agents.

To use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new schedule for an agent:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new schedule for an agent.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Agent Setup.
  4. Highlight the agent to which you want to add a schedule.
  5. In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab and click Add Schedule .
  6. To edit the other fields, double-click on them..
