Test All Valid Resource Email Settings

Use the Email Employee Sync submodule to test all valid resource email settings.

To use the Employee Email Sync submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To test all valid resource email settings:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the valid resource email settings that you want to test.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Email Employee Sync.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Test All Complete Email Settings .
