Test All Valid Resource Email Settings

Use Email Employee Sync in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to test all valid resource email settings.

To use Employee Email Sync in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To test all valid resource email settings:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the valid resource email settings that you want to test.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Email Employee Sync.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Test All Complete Email Settings .
