System Variable 570: Material Entry on Finalized Jobs (Status 4 and 5): Automatically Block After X Days

Use this System Variable to specify the length of time (in days) after jobs were finalized when users are still allowed to enter material costs in those jobs. For example, if you enter 5 for this System Variable, WorkBook users can enter material costs in jobs up to 5 days after the jobs were finalized.

This is useful when there are material billings that arrived late and have to be entered in jobs that were already invoiced.
