Enable Active Status of Resources in Capacity Profile Exceptions

Use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule to enable the active status of resources in capacity profile exceptions.

To use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a resource in a capacity profile exception:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the capacity profile exception resource that you want to enable the active status of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
4. Use the Exception drop-down list to select the exception capacity profile with thea resource that you want to enable the active status of.
5. In the right pane, highlight the resource that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
