Enable Active Status of Resources in Capacity Profile Exceptions

Use Exception Capacity Profiles in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to enable the active status of resources in capacity profile exceptions.

To use Exception Capacity Profiles in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of a resource in a capacity profile exception:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the capacity profile exception resource for which you want to enable the active status.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
  4. Use the Exception drop-down list to select the exception capacity profile that has the resource for which you want to enable the active status.
  5. In the right pane, highlight the resource for which you want to enable the active status, and select the Active check box.
