Enable Test Modes of Agents

Use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to enable test modes of agents.

To use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the test mode of an agent:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the agent for which you want to enable the test mode.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Agent Setup.
4. Highlight the agent for which you want to enable the test mode, and select the Test Mode check box.
