Calendar

Use Calendar in the Schedule Overview submodule in the Scheduling moduleto view the task calendar for a selected resource or resource group.

To use Calendar, you must have access to Scheduling as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

Calendar displays users' allocated tasks in a day, work week, or week view. You can mark assigned tasks as done, delete bookings, register time entries, and create and manage recurrent bookings directly from the grid.

You can filter the grid data by any of the resource filters, employee dimensions, task and job filters, and job dimensions. You can also display or hide low-priority tasks, imported calendar items, approved bookings, and tasks outside filter.
