Use the Invoice submodule to edit the print layout settings of invoices of selected jobs.
To use the Invoice submodule, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To edit the print layout settings of an invoice:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

On the side toolbar, click
Jobs List and highlight the job with the invoice whose print layout settings you want to edit.

On the side toolbar, click
Invoice.

On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the invoice whose print layout settings you want to edit.
Alternatively, click
Open Invoice List
and in the Invoice List dialog box, highlight the invoice whose print layout settings you want to edit.

On the grid toolbar, click
Print layout
.

In the Print Layout sidebar, select the applicable phases, activity lines, other options, layout, watermark, attach voucher methods, and attachments.

Close
