Update Task Data

Use the Tasks submodule to update task data. This action ensures that the latest information displays in the grid.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To update task data:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the task that you want to view.
  3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
  4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
  5. On the grid toolbar, click Update Task Data .
    Note: You can also perform this action on the Support Views tab.
