Search for Reporting Groups

Use AR/AP Groups in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to search for reporting groups.

To use AR/AP Groups in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a reporting group:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the reporting group for which you are looking.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > AR/AP Groups.
4. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search in Grid field to enter a keyword that is associated with the reporting group.
